The idea is Rolodex + Oracle May for many dollars and drawing, as well as increased quality of drawing.

After testing, I can firmly say the deck sucks. Not the cards necessarily, because Criminals are still pretty strong just generally. But the premise of Rolodex and Oracle May...not so hot. The main problem is the fact you can't shuffle to pull that breaker you need with Special Order...for 5 turns. That's a GIANT problem. There's also the issue where you don't draw combo pieces...which just blows.

You sit on Oracle May...and the temptation to just use it anyway increases so many fold. Don't think I've ever actually gotten a blind pick - even when the odds were in my favor.

So yeah, in summary, you end up with a standard criminal deck with less neat pieces than a standard deck because of all these other combo pieces.

How about switching the 3 R&D Interface for 2 Self-modifying Code? So you can pull that Breaker you need AND you get to shuffle.

There's two problems I see with that.

First, my point is that you don't WANT to shuffle - because it breaks the ordering you've done with Rolodex. So shuffling more is definitely not the answer.

Secondly, it would mean there's no win condition or pressure on RnD. You essentially auto-lose to RP, Fastro and EtF, unless you get really lucky and the Corp can't push the agendas out because of a lack of money. (You'll note a distinct lack of Siphon in the deck - mainly because it's too much of a tempo hit to clear tags.) You absolutely need RnD pressure, and Interfaces are a really good way to keep consistent pressure.
