Sell That Spirit

This isn't very good. I tested it and tested it and tested it, and it did alright maybe 30% of the time, and was too slow for the rest.

Took it to a GNK and it only won once with lucky R&D accesses, losing the other three times.

I'm going to publish it anyway, obviously, as I'm sure everyone gets bored of reading "THIS IS MY DECK IT WENT 21843-0 IN THE LAST WEEK."

POSTMORTEM

I like Faust, but the deck needed more and more answers to things that were prohibitive to deal with with Faust alone, so I squeezed more and more in, which had the knock-on effect of making Faust discards very difficult to justify. Even worse when you've not seen even the first copy of the Midnight Pancake House, let alone the redundant ones to discard.

I chose to not have Levy AR Lab Access because "my games were over before I needed it smug face. Yeah, not so applicable when you take it out of the comfort zone of your local meta.

I still had money woes, despite all my changes. Settled on Daily Casts for the drip over Liberated Account, but maybe I should have had both and not Kati Jones?

I'm not comfortable enough to only run Faust and a Mimic, with D4v1dfor back up, but then having all those other breakers meant cards I didn't want to throw away with Faust.

I couldn't decide on a console for a long time, and I still haven't. Turntable just seemed like the best of a questionable bunch, with it being Box-E for a long time, which I hardly ever installed because lol, 4 credits. I never tried Vigil, and I probably should have, and it should have been a 3 of for Faust trashing.

So basically, a janky af deck that didn't win and didn't deserve to.

Lesson learnt.
