Give the corp a bunch of bad publicity with frame job (forfeiting fan site) and investigative journalism, so that you can make cheap runs, use blackmail, and reduce their hand size with itinerant protesters. Then dump cards into their archives with spoilers and by making them overdraw with Fisk investment seminar and Eden shard. Then draw extra cards off vigil and steal the agendas out of archives, r&d or even remote servers.

How do you have 2 Vigil cards? See "limit 1 console per player"

That means you can only have 1 installed. You're allowed to have more than 1 in your deck.

The limitation only affects copies in play, not in a deck. See Utopia Shard for an example of a 1-per deck card.
