A first sort of pass at an R&D & Hardware addict. If it's shiny new tech, she'll be reviewing it on the daily casts.

I doubt that the special ability plus tinkering is going to be enough to run with only decoder breakers, so in an unusual moment of clarity, she has a Crypsis to help out with this.

Notoriety might be in theme for a hardware reviewer, but I envisage this runner as having difficulty managing risk and image, and not really being too motivated by such things: she's funded by criminals via Kati Jones to facecheck the corp.
