[Startup] BOOM! at home

After making a Superdeep Borehole at home deck, I'm making a BOOM! at home deck.

Either use Mutually Assured Destruction to give the runner 6 tags (+1 for every No Free Lunch) installed by trashing your pitiful ice or tag and bag in one turn using 2 copies of Biotic Labor and trashing only 2 ice (+1 for every No Free Lunch).

Game plan is to keep drawing every single time until you get what you need and pray the runner doesn't score out beforehand. Some early game scoring windows but not worth scoring agendas otherwise unless its Hostile Takeover.
