I ran this list in one of the stimhack league top 8 matches, when I knew in advance that my opponent was likely to play Noise. It so happened during that league game that they facechecked architect on click 3 early on, and I was able to install an astroscript from HQ and a wraparound from R&D in front of it.

Most of the deck is completely unoriginal, of course, but we're now packing 6 hate cards for noise -- 2 each of lotus field, architect, and interns. I cut the 3rd copy of biotic labor to fit the architects, and honestly, I think that's the right choice for anyone looking to play NBN at worlds..

Only change I might make to prepare for a more diverse field is to swap the 2nd interns for a grim.
