NEXT: Bifrost Acceleration

Use NEXT and cheap ice to protect and tax saving Bioroid Efficiency Research and Oversight AI for the larger Bioroids that cannot be clicked through to keep them around.

Current build I am swapping 3 x Project Vitruvius for the 2 x Bifrost Array and 1 x Eden Fragment but I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Probably will lose more games but get to run more beta tests.

I don't remember who gave me the original idea to run Bioroid Efficiency Research and Oversight AI in the same deck but it has been fun to play around with.
