Priestess of Athe 15

I dropped an Account Siphon for Kati Jones, a Passport for a Cerberus "Rex" H2, and a Medium and Emergency Shutdown for an R&D Interface and a Hades Shard, compared to a previous iteration of this deck. Are these good changes and a good setup for an upcoming tournament tomorrow?

If suggesting Emergency Shutdown back in, could you also please explain how to use it most effectively? I'm a newer player and they keep icing up HQ versus Criminal so I never have a chance to use it.
