Made it a bit more of a shell game

Trying to decide if I keep the 2 Hedge Fund and 1 Aggressive Secretary or if I should switch them around. I feel with the other econs in there I'm leaning towards running switching it to make a more aggressive shell game.

I think this deck could use a little bit of work. Here are the problems that immediately jump out to me:

1) There is very little cheap ice in this deck and absolutely no hard end the run ICE. This means that you are probably going to get hit by Account Siphon multiple times each game.

2) You have absolutely no tag punishment. In a deck that is already very vulnerable to Account Siphon, you have no way of punishing a runner for just floating the tags. At the very least you should be running a few Closed Accounts coupled with Archived Memories just so an aggressive runner doesn't walk all over you.

3) Running Efficiency Committee is generally inferior to running Project Vitruvius unless you have some way of capitalizing on the extra clicks (such as Shipment from SanSan).

4) Akitaro Watanabe is probably not worth a slot in this deck. In the best case you are maybe getting 5 credits out of him, assuming you rez 3 pieces of ice with his discount. Even, then he is only 1c better than another Hedge Fund. If you don't get that ideal case, he is strictly worse. But when you add in the fact that he has the drawback of costing 2 influence and he can be trashed from R&D/HQ, he becomes very unappealing.
