King of Mars

Very simple concept - score a Hostile, then Biotic + Red Planet Couriers + Government Taleover for the other six. If they don't steal the GT, meanwhile, they have to cobble together the win from 9 points - 3 GFIs and 3 Hostile Takeovers.

Playing in BON makes running more frustrating, in the same vein as everybody's favorite Kakugo, and thus makes it easier to protect your GT. Anson and Shipment from Kaguya give you more advancement counters on the cheap, though don't be afraid to advance ice the old way to get yourself up to the magic 9 count.

Commercialization vs Mass Commercialization is a bit of a personal preference matter, though Mass Comm is probably better in this deck overall (since good players shouldn't let you load up Anson enough to drop 8+ counters on one piece of ice).

Not the next big thing, but for your next GNK, let me tell you, this deck is a total blast.
