This is a refinement of Neo Hessians 1.0 that removed the extraneous run bait of Simone Diego and Thomas Haas. This allowed me to add a 3rd Tollbooth and I brought in Interns to either stack a server cheap or pull a dead Jackson Howard or GRNDL Refinery from my Archive.

Eve Campaign also was brought in to bring in that sweet, sweet clickless econ and act as a tax on the runner that will actually kill her. The only other card I got rid of was my singleton Hudson 1.0, it wasn't right for this build.

Play this like Red Coats and grind the runner into dust.

This build was way more solid than its original, but I wasn't happy with the ICE. Curtain Wall was a prime example... on to v1.2.

I will say I also wasn't completely satisfied with the agenda load out in this version, it was a hold over form the v1.0 version that wanted to bring stuff back, with the addition of Interns that was not really needed and Accelerated Beta Test really needed to be at a full 3.
