For a while now I've been trying to make a deck based around Ekomind/Theophilius Bag-biter/Sage but the more I persist the more I realized how its a pointless combo. This is my attempt at a practical sage deck. Dinosaurus gives any sage 4 Str base, and with the two mongooses on omni-drives and Chaos theories natural +1 MU, this would leave Sage with 7 Str; enough to handle most ice.

I had initially attempted to get multithreaders in as a battery for the sage and mongooses (and thematically in line with the 4 armed sage). I realized this was working against me because it was already daunting as is to pair each mongoose with an Omni drive. I noticed that Sage is both a fracter and decoder so I tried subbing in the stealth credits as an alternative.

There are parts of the deck that I could use advice on. I added a pro-co because I needed both Econ and draw at the same. My friend suggested complimenting pro-co with hyperdrive to, since you would never be keeping them installed long enough to effect sages Str.

I added bazaar and replicator in order to quickly play the stealth credits but I have little faith in the effectiveness of running just 1 of each.

Any advice is appreciated!

I'm curious if instead of three Dyson Fractal Generator maybe you can run one medium or something. I can't imagine this deck running out of money to break ice with 6 or 7 strength. Maybe something to make your big runs with hyperdriver worth it. Medium or maybe a Keyhole. Just in place of one Dyson Fractal Generator. Plus with the meta how it is, I don't think there is that many 7 strength ice out there being encountered. Even in glacier decks. Worth the thought. Cool deck though, looks fun.

@hutch9514 my problem is that I want to have an even number of the stealth credits because sage uses 2 to break a subroutine and those credits don't work with e3 feedback. I also thought of using memchips as "stimpack"esque strength boosts.

Why not Cyberfeeder over Dyson Fractal Generator? You do not really need stealth credits, you just need credits for using icebreakers, am I right?. A bit more expensive, but would save a ton of influence.

I have been toying around with a similar idea lately. Mine uses Overmind and Femme Fatale with more Test Run and Scavenges. I do use MemStrips in mine also.

The Hyperdriver is a good idea.

NetChip + Multithreader seems better than the stealth credits. Omni-drive is expensive to install and blowing 9 influence on 3 stealth cards in a non-stealth deck is a lot.

You could get rid of the Inside Man, both Omni-drive and all 6 stealth cards to go to 6 chips and a few more copies of Replicator/Bazaar. That leaves you with 6 influence for wonderful, high-impact cards like Rumor Mill and the like.

@MaxSchwartzNetrunner yea i agree with @donmakaron. You do not really need the extra recurring credit. I can't imagine once you have Sage + Dinosaurus set up that you have much else to spend your credits on. I think it's worth dropping the one recurring credit to have the extra value off of your runs. Plus you can't use them on e3 Feedback Implants

@MaxSchwartzNetrunner Check out my version of you deck. Goal is to get out all you NetChips as fast as you can with a Technical Writer out and then install all your programs.
