Thanks Dull_Bulb for this great list! It's fast, it's spammy, it's villainous, and it's just a blast to play. I made a few small changes and took it to a 19 person District Championship, where it went 3-0 in the Swiss and cut.
Compared to Dull_Bulb's list, my tweaks were -1 Hyperloop Extension (to drop down to 20 points), -1 Cohort Guidance Program, -2 The Powers That Be, +1 Amani Senai, +1 Active Policing and +2 Tranquility Home Grid.
The main change I made was to include the third Amani (which required dropping the Cohort and Powers). In testing, it seemed like the deck was at its strongest and most oppressive when Amani was on the table, so I wanted to ensure that occurred as early and consistently as possible.
The Tranquilities were also excellent, and provided a steady flow of extra credits or cards as needed while also usually being too costly for the Runner to trash. The Active Policing wasn't necessary to close out the game in any of my testing or actual matches and could probably be swapped for something else (possibly another ice, a third Seamless Launch or even a Biotic Labor). I also found Fully Operational to be somewhat situational and not useful early, so I think that could also be dropped to two copies.
The matchups on the day were:
Round 3: Win vs Mercury.
Round 5: Win vs Esa.
Cut Round 2: Win vs Esa.
Lastly, props to Blake for his excellent Esa plays! That certainly felt like a tough matchup for this list. Both games were nail-biters, and the final could easily have gone his way with just one more lucky sabotage (or not missing the Ikawah on a 1 in 3 HQ run!).
