Depends, the board state, opponent... Usually you want to be Stirling, since it's easy to be behind with this build, but you can switch to Leela if you have 2 link, since she's so good against FA. Also, you can switch to Nero if they have locked you with sentries HQ / RD and you cant use the snitch combo.

If I have to choose only one, I would say Stirling is the safest choice.
