[Startup] I swear, I don't hate the runner

So the kind of general idea with this deck is to be annoying Jinteki bullshit. The identity meshes well with a kill deck. I took the idea for running 3 Urtica Cipher and 3 Clearinghouse from Advanced Yomi by CritHitD20, so go and check out the original! I love the idea of a "damned if you do, double damned if you don't" deck, and having the vast majority of assets/agendas deal damage if you leave them alone means that runners have to run, and if you set up your ice well that mean's you're taxing their cards every time they run, pushing you closer to a win.
