Leveraging early economic advantage (gained through Weyland's excellent early-game ice and economic agendas) to get ahead, then putting pressure on the Runner via consistent meat damage and the taunting from public agendas. The deck uses tags and meat damage as a secondary win condition, and there are plenty of ways to bluff agendas and force the Runner to run before she's ready.

Lack of Jackson Howard is a personal preference (I like the challenge of not including it in my decks, and I split a cardpool with another player so I don't always have access to him anyway). I'd likely recommend keeping at least two Daily Business Show, as the ability to bury things at the bottom of R&D if necessary is powerful. Cyberdex Virus Suite is a meta slot designed to help against Noise, and Corporate Town is similarly a meta slot against Film Critic. Either one could be replaced as desired.

The recent swap to False Lead has been interesting for me... I like the kill threat it provides, but forfeiting it can also make it difficult to actually score out (particularly if you're already forfeiting agendas to Archer and/or Corporate Town). I was waffling between this and Chronos Project, and I think both have their place.
