This is Amarum’s CBI list with -1 Crisium Grid and +1 Wall to Wall. Go read the writeup! I’ll just add a couple points which may help while learning this archetype:

• Ideally, the first agenda score should be an Eminent Domain to put an archer on the remote. Every agenda after that should be scored with tempo; triggering Tucana, triggering the powers that be or having a click left to jam the next threat and triggering Tranquility Home Grid.
• Deck can struggle early if Rashida Jaheem is trashed, agendas are stolen or Tranquility Home Grid is trashed. Putting Svyatogor Excavator in the remote or Extracting unrezzed cards is sometimes necessary to get back into the game.
