The Panopticon deck featured on ANR blackhats with a beefed up anti-tag package. Won an 8 man GNK with this as my runner deck but that was due to an undefeated PU Corp deck.

Cool approach to avoiding tags.

Personally, I've found you rarely need more than 1 SMC. I know it's blasphemy to cut SMC from shaper decks, but with the insane draw power and innumerable Clone Chips, one is usually enough.

If I were to run this, I'd cut 1 smc for a Freedom through Equality and the Gordian Blade for a Cyber-Cypher.

Because you either have your SMC in your hand or heap woth your insane card draw. Clone Chip lets you either install SMC from your heap, or any other program and install SMC from hand with Haley.
