Trying to maximize value from Charge is a lot harder without Endurance. This takes all the best remaining options and puts them together. Ride the Orca! Mechanocytes can be stacked to make you immune to flatline. Kasi stacks for free points, Twinning for accesses, Hyperbaric/Prop for breaking things, Nuke/Earthrise for draw. Certainly more than can realistically be used, but it's just another Shaper toolbox. Once fully set up, 3+ Charges/turn should be realistic.

Probably not enough econ, but being poor is on brand in this deck (who can afford boat insurance these days?)
