Your only tutor is test run, you have almost no money generating cards, and you have no console. I don't feel like this is going to be a very fast deck.

there is retrieval run, so you can discard the breaker than play it from there, or with scavenge... but yeah... I think quality time would be much much better than diesel to dig deeper.

As for the money, looks of event money cards with same old thing... it should be ok. Very interesting concept. I'd add a MO since you can afford the mem.
