666 - Clearinghouse of the Beast (Cursed 6th @ CBI)

The TAI Breakers clearly offended some eldritch deity this season, scholars will debate for years whether it was our abuse of the curse of whiffing deepdives or our countless blasphemies around correct decksize. But whatever it was, it happened, and all 3 CBI pods ended with a TAI Breaker bubbling out of cut on 6th placement.

Deckbuilding Notes - Clearinghouse

It isnt good, dont play it, clearinghouse is here just for emotional support. I have so many unpublished 2x clearinghouse ag builds in my deck folder, and they are all just not good. Thought i would get away with playing just 1 instead of an 8th agenda, and claiming it was a hedge for crew decks. It did nothing in the event and playing Nisei's instead would have saved the one corp loss i had.

Influence Spends

There is a lot of attractive cards to add to the tried and tested shell of lacosta-Charlotte Ag.

• Brann is still the best, its numbers are just silly.

• A 4th way to shuffle back agendas is premium. Attitude is better than sprint, both for making you money and most importantly the fact that you can Hansei an agenda and still use it. But if influence is tight, sprint is defensible in this slot.

• Magnet is a good hedge against Botulus, and we want a etr codegate that isnt 0 strength like Thimblerig.

• With Crew decks full of AIs being enemy number one, Hammer is really enticing ice, specially with those decks reliance on Buffer Drive

• Treeline is the second best ice you can import. I have a half finished worlds writeup all about why, but im a slow writer. If i didn't have a silly Clearinghouse in there, i would play 3 treelines, most relevant in this meta is that a 4cost/4str ice is really annoying for crew decks to deal with, a lot of the times they will end up using both Devil Charm and crew on it, and exchange where we are up a credit, a click, a card, and have rfg'd one of their limited resources.
