Does Mushin make Mandatory Upgrades playable?. This deck aims to see if that's true. Mushin used here as both econ and to make Mandatory scoreable in two turns. I chose this id to slow down YOG ... basically.
This is probably terrible .. but I luv trying to make cards work. Thoughts? Changes?
