Two armed ice bandit 1.8 6th place WarBoar SC going 5-2

Derived originally from Abram Jopp's @TheBigBoy Eddie Kim ice destruction deck, it now runs scarily close to his 2-armed ice feast with Whizzard. Relatively standard Whizzard deck, the only notable includes being 2 Run Amok which do wonders against NEH decks who try to get an early astro out behind a wraparound. I stole 3 or 4 astro's on the day using it, and was very happy with the include. It beat an Argus murder deck, two NEH fast advance, HB Foodcoats, and a Sol glacier deck, losing twice in the cut, once to a Haarpsichord scorch that due to tiredness I failed to use plascrete correctly for, and secondly to the overall winner's NEH asset spam turtlebacks deck.

Pretty happy with how it performed, runs pretty smoothly.
