Not sure if Orca makes sense but I want to make it work because I like it.

Boat is a great card to justify extending bans into Startup. There I said it.

A free Maker's Eye every turn with HQ and R&D flexibility isn't too bad...I guess.

Oh and trashing assets and upgrades for cheap...because value.

This looks like a cool list.

I am curious how you feel about only 1x breakers in a world with Stavka + Hafrún or ZATO City Grid? I guess you have Endurance but it still feels like you might get locked out?

Oh I missed the Test Run. That does help.

I've had a couple of games facing off against ZATO that hit the Orca. Endurance just gets so many power counters so easily in this list, and between the other breakers, you're pretty much covered. Test Run into Spark or Rigging Up will get you back up quickly.

Stavka + Hafrun, yeah it's a thing, but also so easy to duck with having both Endurance and Orca on the board.
