Part of my on-going journey to make annoying and P.E. kill decks. Use Chimaera early game to prevent them stealing agendas or account siphons. The rest is fueled by surprise Archers and ID net damaging sniping programs. This one depends on the 2x Biotic + fast track to do a quick Philotic kill.
