Standard Titan :: 4-0-1 at NYC SC :: St. Hacktricks Day

Standard Titan Deck, piloted 4-0-1 in five rounds of Swiss at the NYC store championships at Compleat Strategist in Manhattan.

It won four matches and went to a timed tie once vs Matthew, who went on to play in the final match. I've played some version of this deck for nearly two years and can confirm it is deeply consistent.

The standard line of play is to install a Project Atlas and fast advance it using Dedication Ceremony to place three advancement counters on a rezzed Reconstruction Contract, which can be trashed to score the Atlas w/ counter thanks to corp shenanigans happening over at Titan Transnational. Repeat and finish off w/ Hostile Takeover.

• Fetch Reconstruction Contract with Executive Boot Camp
  • Overadvance the Atlas when feasible to effectively secure the win, barring an unfortunate Turntable.
• Clot is problematic for this deck.
• Having an Atlas stolen can be played around; having two Atlases stolen is problematic
• Always happy to see Paywall Implementation

Other paths to victory include:

• install, advance, Audacity
• install, Biotic Labor, advance, advance, advance
• install New Construction, advance (thus proc'ing it) to install Reconstruction Contract from hand, and score with Dedication Ceremony
• Double Biotic or Double Dedication is also possible, but unlikely.

Cyberdex Virus Suite is your only hope against Shaper decks packing Clot, SMC, and Clone Chip

This is what I would consider to be the most vanilla, Reg-Ass version of Titan. I'm too lazy to look, but I bet there are dozens like it on NRDB. An older version of this deck ran 3x Illegal Arms Factory, and an ice from Terminal Directive, probably Colossus, but not 100% on that.

Those cards were replaced by 2x Rashida Jaheem and a Border Control, none of which I was able to rez on the day.

Deck took shape over burst of increasingly infrequent sessions of game play taking place over approximately a two-year span. The last time I played Titan was also the last time I played Netrunner IRL, which was right before official FFG support ended. I have not really had an opportunity to play the game since then and I was quite warmly welcomed by the NYC crew and made to feel right at home. Thanks for the games, everyone!
