Psi-Ops Entrapment

I hope you studied Netrunning at Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Kids, because we're gonna do a lot of MIND GAMES today!

Basic deck concept: Build a taxing R&D and Remote. Use Caprice Nisei to defend R&D, then Caprice + Ash to defend the remote. Defend R&D with Hokusai Grids. Punish bad facechecks with MAD COMBO ICE.

Mass a ton of money and MIND GAME it up. Score Nisei Mk2s for the win.

Archer makes repeated runs on wherever Caprice is pretty much untennable, and is one way to use the Clone Retirements. Medical Research Fundraiser and Successful Demonstration mean your operation econ is much stronger than normal, as those WILL happen with this deck.

When the Runner is rich, Tag and Close their accounts with the Cerebral Casts.

Looks pretty stable to me. Successful Demonstration can proc twice with Inazuma around, but I'm not quite sure.

With Cerebral Cast, they can always take the brain damage. Have you thought of Scorched Earth?

I've considered Scorched Earth for that very reason. It's an alternate build, that's more on the 'attack' side, by swapping out 2x Closed, 2x Archer and an ash in exchange for 2x Scorch plus alternate ICE.

Going to give this one a go sometimes. But perhaps I'd drop Inazuma to 2 and up something else, such as Chum. How often would one wish to take brain damage vs Jinteki, after all, when every piece of ICE either destroys a program or causes damage, except Snowflake?

Bullfrog is weakfrog. ;) Never really liked it, since Snowflake does the same job without falling out of position later.

Ran a few rounds with this, had great results.

Successful Demo was less effective than I had hoped, mostly because people ran super cautious when suspecting Jinteki shennanigans, plus Caprice at the end of damaging servers.

Future Perfect meanwhile, is the most absurd 5/3 Agenda ever. I had one defend itself twice on the top of R&D, then defend itself 3 times in HQ. It's an Agenda that comes with it's own Caprice, after you defeat Caprice on R&D! Incredible.

Nearly lost to a crazy play, where the crim player put down HQI and Raymond Flint, hit my hand, got the Clone Retirement and a Future Perfect, THEN was able to access again thanks to Raymond Flint and the BP from Retirement. Only Future Perfect stopped me from losing by protecting itself twice on that single run.
