Scotty, I Need More Power!

Just your average have more money than the runner deck. The deck has won quite early in games where there have been good draws to obviously flatline the runner. Starting with 10 credits is a huge advantage for this deck to allow it to flatline so early and the bad pub hardly ever becomes an issue. The only real issue is the 10 influence, but oh well. I like a challenge.
