Primary transmission dish now makes firing SEA Source, that much easier, as well as increasing the draw power of the deck, meaning one anonymous tip could be dropped. I found that by the time I was ready to fire SEA Source I had no difficulty having at least one in hand, so reduced the number in the deck by one.

These changes also add to diversified portfolio, meaning that if drawn at the right time it could net a maximum of 13 credits each, meaning a maximum of 39 credits from 3 cards (though reaching this maximum is very unlikely)
