Hello all!

This is my take on a "Giest" Walker deck. It is designed to be slightly more installed card heavy to work with Street Peddler and reward repeated accesses.

So, lets get down to card choices.

Programs The Breaking and Entering Suite: Fairly standard stuff in Armand. The cheap install cost and the fact they replace themselves with a card lets you give yourself some mid-game assets attacking and sometimes agendas and account siphons out of no where. I've, in the past, experimented with versions that ran Dyson-Mem but my issue there was that it slowed you down a fair bit and the +1 mem didn't actually do anything. There is a new piece of hardware coming out in the next cycle that gives +1 link and trashes to draw 3, which might be interesting.

Faerie: It gets past Archer and any annoying 6+ strength sentries, as well as letting us Derez Archer with Crescentus.

Corroder: A permanent and constant barrier breaker. I'm considering swapping this out for GS Sherman M3 as it breaks the 4 power barrier much more easily and breaks multiple subroutines which is important.

Cerberus “Rex” H2: I would like another Code Breaker that can break the 4-5 range stuff. Ideally I would like a pair of GS Striker M1s but I can't afford the influence.

Crescentus: I thinking running 2 is the right choice. Because you trash and cantrip them, you can easily drawn the second and with Clone Chips and similar, you have extra copies. A lot of decks have insane economies or are able to go wide without ICE.

Hardware:

Clone Chip: Automatic 3 of. It cantrips. It recurrs Faerie, Crescentus and the Breaking and Entering suite. My only issue is I would love a bigger Clone Chip that can recurr maybe the whole suite at once for those big runs.

Desperado: With the sheer levels of draw this deck can put out, I feel 2 is good. 3 I found lead to cloggy hands a lot.

HQ Interface: I use to run Legwork but with Street Peddler I would rather have less events and more Peddler hits. If you can get multiple access with Crescentus, all the better.

Plascrete Carapace: Pretty standard. I ran Crash Space for a while as Plascrete 3, but it always just got trashed before they Scorched me.

R&D Interface: For those big early R&D runs or for when you have derezed stuff to guarantee multi-accesses.

Resources:

Bank Job: A nice bit of economy gain, especially versus something like NEH. Can be recycled with Levy too. Fall Guy: Stops them from trashing cards if I'm trying to protect a Same Old Thing for Levy or Security Testing for econ. It also trashes for 2 credits and a card. 1 Click for 2 credits and cycling a card.

Same Old Thing: Only a 2 of. I cut down on my events a fair bit so I don't want too many. It also draws a card which is nice, makes a even more efficient.

Security Testing: Clicking for 3 credits once per turn is actually really good. Forces them to protect everything and spread themselves wide or let me gain credits. I don't mind if it gets trashed late game either.

Street Peddler: So often she is 1 credit, a free piece of MU, 2 cards and the surprise program or hardware that if they had known I had, they would of played differently. She is an MVP but I don't want 3 copies of her, as the recursion of resources/hardware is limited.

Events:

I've intentionally cut the number of Events I play for Street Peddler.

Account Siphon: Account Siphon is the main event I want to be playing and recurring with Same Old Thing. Combined with Crescentus I can crash their economy pretty easily which is always fun.

Dirty Laundry: Econ and a run. Pretty decent. Nothing amazing.

Levy AR Lab Access: This gives us so much late game as we can draw through our entire deck again. I tend to save a Levy until after I've used my Clone Chips, Same Old Things and if possible Plascretes so I can reinstall them again, with Street Peddler letting me see a ton of my deck.

Special Order: Generally it fetches us our missing permanent ICE breaker like Corroder and Cerberus. If I could find a similar card that was a program or resource that didn't eat Influence I would take it.

Sure Gamble: Early Econ so we can install a bunch and get running. Pretty standard.

Future Tweaks:

Grappling Hook: If Little Engine and ICE with lots of subroutines similar to Archer becomes popular I would consider running Grapphling Hook. Just take the least bad one and break the rest.

Sports Hopper: +1 link and draw 4 cards for 1 card, 1 click, 3 credits? Seems very good.

Security Chip: If a more Link based version of Giest develops this could be a powerful way to ensure access as well as cantrip.

@iceqs Getting them to 4-5 strength is all you need really. Late game you can transition into Rex/Corroder. Most of the Ice you want to break falls 3-5 range
