Haven't tried this yet but it's a variant on the quest complete decks that were popular a little while ago. I reckon leela can open up more opportunities to get into centrals than silhouette allowing for notoriety and the doppelganger gives you the runs you'll need. Always liked doppelganger.

The reason Silhouette is the only ID where this deck works is because of her ability. Without being able to see what you're accessing with Quest beforehand makes the entire deck moot.

I disagree. At the right time you could score out of r&d or hq and also score a remote bouncing 2 unrezzed cards. Timed right this could be very powerful and hopefully a little unexpected.

Peter here btw! Interested to see how this deck goes, I've not ever used the 'run all centrals' cards so very curious. Think this could be strong against ice-light NBN decks around at the moment.
