[Startup] Wetwork

With new cards on the horizon, now seemed like the best time to publish my go-to startup decks as they are.

The plan is simple: score your 3/2's out of hand, and if you can setup the Djupstad early the better. Go ahead and throw it out unprotected because between Distributed and PT you have a follow up for your Cheeky Gun.

The ICE will keep them busy in the early game, but sooner or later they won't keep the runner out. Go fast, but Thule gives you some time to draw into what you need.

Still not sure about Harmonic, but!
