Unfortunately, I think you'll have a hard time getting your RIG going: you will not be able to pay the actual cost of Torch early on, and my own test makes me believe that the Test run + Scavenge combo is unreliable at best. I would suggest making room for 3xCyber-Cypher or 3xGordian Blade besides the torch, so that you can do something during the first few turns.

Also, ProCon would be an excellent addition here, IMO. Knock down the Quality Times to 2, and the MOpus to 1 and you should be good.
