Blue Blur v1.0

Oracle May event deck, 75% events. Mulligan for Hostage/May and econ, especially PPVP. Non-events in opening hand or tutors are also good to reduce the non-event density in the deck early on.

Been running this deck for a while now, decided to publish it. I just added 3x PPVP instead of Desperado, which I think will net more economy.

I'm not sure how competitive the deck is, but it's fun to play. It won 2/5 games at our latest Store Champs (my corp won all 5) which was enough to get me 4th place out of 29.
