House of Cards v1.1, a GRNDL deck (Linked primer)

This is a slighty improved version of my House of Cards deck, which I wrote an extensive primer for in my blog back in April (http://eriktwicereviews.com/netrunner-house-of-cards-a-grndl-primer/). It was a strong deck, which won me my first important tournaments but which Runners quickly adapted, leaving it in disrepair.

This version simply replaces the useless The Cleaners for the far more powerful Priority Resquisition and makes room for Targeted Marketing which is an extremely powerful play in such a fast deck and an easy one too!

The reason I publish this deck is to have a good starting point for discussion the archetype when O&C hits. The release of High-Risk Investment might single-handely push the deck again into relevance by assuring complete parity and The Twins will make the deck much less prone to Test Run tricks and Inside Jobs on Curtain Walls.

I'm also seeing more and more rigs that are suceptible to Power Shutdown again which are good news for GRNDL.
