Turtlebacks economy for the win! Hope like hell Runner doesn't play Imps. Elizabeth Mills is there to hard counter Valencia which would be autoloss otherwise.

Sorry, must be missing something. How is Valencia an auto-loss? 1 bad pub helps a bit with trash cost but she would likely still run out of money long before getting most the assets. Additionally, you have 3xEBC so you can just rez ice on your turn if worried about blackmail. Not sure I'm seeing what's worth have all the EBCs for. Most of the assets are 2 or less to rez (San-san being the notable exception). Seems like Marked Accounts would be better (outside the blackmail run protection).

Executive Boot Camp is obviously there to get 2-3 Turtlebacks into plas as quickly as possible. The income you generate with 2 (or heaven forbit 3) turtles is kind of insane.

The Valencia decks I have had pleasure playing agains stop giving pad pub at 2-3 range, which is just brutal. So it's a local mate choice. :)
