[Startup] Shenanarigans

This is the combination of two separate bits of QEH ingenuity, done in Startup mostly bc I didn't have the brain to do it anywhere else.

Firstly, this uses the econ package and general tricks from girls. (That is to say, Aesops/Coalescence/Muse, we don't have access to Env Testing or Psych Mike), as well as the multiaccess plan of “Pretty” Mary da Silva plus Beatriz Friere Gonzalez or Eru Ayase-Pessoa (hence the deck name.) We also have general Ari tricks in Urban Art Vernissage and LilyPAD/DZMZ Optimizer to reinstall programs for cheap, and Prepaid VoicePAD because Shaper just got a bunch of new events. It's a bit of a box of tricks but it works.

The real spice/strangeness, though, is the influence spread. It comes courtesy of Hello, who rocked a bunch of our Startup games with Saci and Window of Opportunity Zahya to get very rich very quickly while doing very annoying things. I realised that you can actually afford the influence to run this out of Arissana. Install a Saci, run, they rez, you run back and Window of Opportunity gains you 7c for two runs and an install. If you're planning to make those runs anyway, that's absurb value. In theory, the Corp can counter this by not rezzing, either initially or with the free Window rerez, but then you're winning because they're not rezzing ice. It's a very interesting econ package, and I wonder if there's a home for it in Standard.

Overall, the deck went 2-1, losing to the eventual winner after a surprise Archer - because the deck only has two Muse I didn't have the recursion to avoid being locked out. That is probably the most obvious change - other ones are potentially the Meeting of Minds (the one time I played it it was credit positive thanks to Prepaid but there are probably other uses for the influence). Deck was great though, and RWR has bought a lot of cool Shaper tricks!
