RwR startup deck I made to capitalize on the fact that the runner has no way to tell the difference between a Project Beale worth enough agenda points to win the game and an Urtica Cipher advanced enough to instantly kill the runner upon access. It takes advantage of the new methods of advancing cards at greatly reduced cost introduced in RwR, namely The Holo Man and Hearts and Minds.
Additionally, the deck is loaded with methods of tagging the runner to capitalize off of R+'s ability, as well as to make Psychographics as effective as possible.
So far, this deck is untested, and i have very little experience making NBN decks, so I have absolutely no idea as to its overall effectiveness.
