Death From Above!

Trying to make good old rich Waylend TnB. I would like to make room for the new punitive counterstrike but I'm not sure how to fit it in. I debated cutting the Sea Sources and using the influence on a third snare to keep up my tagging powers. I hate to cut the transactions since, they synergize well with the identity (maybe take out one restructure). And then I also wonder if the counterstikes would even be worth it when I'm running so many low cost agendas!

Any comments are very much appreciated, I'm looking for input
