If you're going the Punitive route, why not use the new Shard agenda as your 7th? If it's you're first score, the glacier strat is suddenly that much stronger.

Have you considered all 3-pointers (including Eden Fragment) and Domestic Sleepers?

Also, it feels like Punitive Counterstrike in HB is gonna be a thing pretty soon, judging by all the recent decks running it.

Interesting list. Have you considered running Experiential Data? It seems like it would have some very good synergy here.

Tag punishment is distinctly lacking. Since it seems this deck aims to hit the runner in the wallet, it may be a good idea to try and find room for Closed Accounts. You can find some influence by substituting Heimdall 1.0 in place of Tollbooth.

Finally it may be worth considering replacing Eve Campaign with Private Contracts. It is not nearly as click efficient, but it allows you to get a quick burst of economy and get big ice online much faster than you would be able to with Eve Campaign. It also helps you stand back up after an early Account Siphon knocks you down.

I would change MMC for Thomas Haas. It would help fake your agenda.
