With almost every NBN decks completely gutted, it's time to go back to roots and rethink when it means to be at the head of NBN corporation. Scoring without Bellona is next to impossible as the agendas in current rotation do nothing for the NBN.
It was time to think Big as in big scary Big. Bring on the Ice, The Killer Ice! And non is currently more frightening and cause runners to wake up screaming at night than Anansi. The age old spider creeps through the decks waiting for unsuspecting runners, ready to pounce on them and drain all their beautiful cards. It's the reasons Bankhar never comes out after dark and inside-men rethink their commitments. But the spider herself is not the only horror stalking the streets. The ancient Hydra has made it's permanent lair in the ACME home and is waiting by the door ravenously hungry for anyone foolish enough to come in without knocking first.
Dear travellers those are dangerous time to be out running on your own. You wouldn't want to be ... Ganked! by the horrors would you?
The idea is pretty simple but requires a bit of setup to get the economy. With Holoman and Seamless as your primary scoring tools and the NAPD for clutch agenda scoring you bid your time and setup your big expensive ice making sure you remember that most of it is really meant to be on the outer layer. Early hit from Hydra can be devastating since you will always consider runner as tagged if it's the outside ice. Put Ganked! on the most vulnerable servers only if you have big ice you can throw the runner at. This can easily defeat the omnipresent Botulus, bypass cards and Bankhar. Recure it when you can to always make runner aware after the first hit that they will always be in danger of running the big ice twice.
Don't worry about setting up Vig in a weak server, Miss Bones can ruin your hopes but more often then not even Endless Eula will discourage runner from going for it. If you feel safe enough put more investment in it. however I often find that having 2 creds is little enough for the runner to not devote a lot of resources in removing it while pushing your economy steadily forward.
Capacitors and F2P are great first line of defence early on as they are cheap and can be replaced by bigger ice when you transition to mid and late game. Obviously in current meta you can't dilly dally too long as the Shapers economy will simply outperfom your Ice no matter how big it is. However this deck has been a great roadblock for most of the Anarchs and Criminals. If you are lucky and fast enough with Off Worlds or keeping runner down with Cryptocrash you might stand a chance against shaper but once Turbine comes down it really doesn't matter anymore.
The worst games I had were against Freedom as the early trash ran really screw your economy over and make it impossible to get anywhere when you get 2-3 cards removed from hand every turn

P.S. Janina is criminally underrated as the economy tool.
