Combo Kate - 2017 Imperial Outpost Store Champs - 1st Place

Exact deck I ran two weeks ago: https://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/40270/combo-kate-2017-desert-sky-games-store-champs-2nd-place

Can't see any obvious changes. Peace In Our Time is ridiculous, and having 3 tightens up deck slots pretty hard. Went 4-1 on the day.

First match was against PU which was scary. Luckily, he only found 1 BioEthics and 1 Hostile. Trashed BioEthics and then just sat there until I was ready to combo with Interdiction in hand to protect against other Hostiles. Got out with a win without much issue. Second match was against CTM. He was only running 1 CA which helps me a lot. He spammed naked agendas, but I was still able to setup and combo out before losing.

Third round of Swiss was an ID, so next match was in the winner bracket finals in the cut. Played against the same opponent from round 2, and he wrecked me with CTM. I made a bad play running (because I wasn't finding PIOTs and he was spamming so I was desperate). Got HHNed as well as EOIed later. It was a trainwreck, running was the mistake. Next match was in the loser bracket of the cut. Played against Blue Sun which can completely shut me down, but my opponent didn't know what Dyper was which made it pretty easy. Just waited for her to try and score a 5/3 and the comboed by stealing and Keyholing for the win. She said she wasn't sure what happened after I won which kinda made me feel bad, but that's what I get for playing this.

Last match with this deck was the last match of the tournament with both of us on 1 loss. Got my money, he didn't get his CA, so I bulldozed to victory. The dejection on my opponents face when I ran both Jacksons on the board and then continually Keyholed was awful, but again, that's what us degenerates get.

Now that I've got my SC win, gonna switch over to Andy and play some real netrunner. There are a couple interesting strategy points, but it becomes super easy after a little practice and I'm just over it at this point. Thanks for the win Dyper.

Haha, it wasn't that bad. It stuck with me because the TO kept saying "look at his face!" like every other keyhole run.
