Even though Seb is considered firmly in tier 2 or even 3 of competitive play, I figured I would share my list with some advice for anyone looking to try him out.
Hot Pursuit and Friend of a Friend provide big bursts of economy. Liberated Account is the backup plan / redundancy. There are no Sure Gambles.
Nuka is the main draw engine. Any starting hand with her is an instant keep. Earthrise Hotel is the backup plan / redundancy. Having enough draw is hugely important to both find the right cards you need, and to have enough cards in hand for Bankhar.
Almost always use Friend of a Friend to take a tag, not to remove one. There are only so many options to take a tag in the deck so use them wisely. If needed you can run Hannah into an ETR Ice on a remote and intentionally have an unsuccessful run to take a tag.
The only ways to get through Ice are Botulus, Bankhar, and Arruaceiras Crew, but considering the Corp has to ice Archives against Eru, they will usually be spread pretty thin. You can recur Botulus/Crew with Privileged Access.
Aside from breaking into a scoring remote, your main win condition is seeing 3 cards off R&D with Eru/Manuel. Docklands Pass is there to threaten late pressure on HQ just in case you get locked out elsewhere.
