2) Free off Clone Chip (most of the time i dont need it) for one inf, tech towards either Utopia Shard or Employee Strike

Refractor is the main reason to go stealth imho, I think you want to drop Gordian and make room for refractor and 2 lockpicks (maybe -1 sharpshooter, -1 ghost runner?)
