U.N.I.T.Y. (3rd @ Naarm Startup CO)

This is LLBlumire's superb A bird in the hand deck that is so damn great with a single change. Ari also has the upside of letting you play the cracked af aesops shaper engine with the addition of fun mid-run installs, spicing up what would otherwise be a fairly determined game.

The deck is so damn good but the threats of Magnet and random net damage scared me away from LLBlumire's single Unity and convinced me to cut a Urban Art Vernissage for a second copy. Kror, who was a big help in the testing for this event, also added the unity but played the 46 cause he was unwilling to cut the second UAV.

Cause of this change, the soundtrack is U.N.I.T.Y. by Queen Latifah and also hopefully the saxophone will bring you joy.

On the day, I went 2-1 with the Arissana, beating an RH and a R+ but losing to PE because even with 2 copies, I can never find my unity against abstracted in time and get shut out of the scoring remote by an Enigma. Overall, Arissana went 13-7 over the course of the event from the 6 players who brought her, and came 1st, 2nd and 3rd at the event.
