Hatchet Job 24/7 Philotic Skorpios (draft)

This is a Joseki cube draft deck I made at Kingdom Con in San Diego. You draft the whole card pool as 3-ofs (if you get a card, no one else does, & you can play 1-per-deck cards as 3-ofs). You draft IDs but don't obey influence limitations.

I had Aginfusion, Replicating Perfection, and Skorpios as IDs heading into this draft. Jackson was a pack 1/pick 1 and I got first Archer then Tithonium shortly afterwards. I looked for strong assets or glacier cards but didn't pick many—I grabbed an early pick Philotic because it's one of the obviously broken cards at 3x, plus fits in with many agendas for sacrificing, and then was fortuitously passed 24/7 halfway through a pack, letting me pivot into a wild kill combo deck.

Kakugo, Salem's, & Hatchet Job all kind of fell to me easily from there leading to this disgusting deck. I had plenty of options for the 3/1s (including Brain Rewiring lol) but loved Underway because it forced runs before they knew I was on 24/7-Philotic combo. Gila Hands was rarely relevant but I was worried about the economy to land Hatchet Job. I also had Armed Intimidation, Vitruvius, Chronos, Project Kusanagi, etc. I greedily tried to wheel Stand Off, which I really wanted with my initial ICE, but it didn't come back around because someone was on PE. Probably the best, most synergistic agenda suite I've ever drafted. I wanted more News Teams or 0-ptrs but fitting in economy was important. Stock Buy-Back was often a 1 IPO which helped immensely. I drafted but didn't play Medical Research Fundraiser.

I definitely should've played the Rototurrets I took over Neural Katana & Sapper but I wanted to catch people out with surprises. Neither landed at all but Archer & Tithonium are almost impossible to break for a lot of draft decks so the ICE was incredible. Probably the most fun deck I've drafted, every game was a 24/7 Philotic kill aided by near lockout.
