With Account Siphon you can keep their economy very low, and passing shouldn't be a problem, once you have a Rook installed on an ICE there, plus Xanadu, raising the rez cost to prohibitive levels. Strike hard when they're low on money, make multiple runs to have them rez and spend, or use FAO to force their hand.

Emergency Shutdown on their biggest ICE, or Femme Fatale to ignore it. Inside Job mainly for remote servers or early access and Demolition Run with HQ Interface to remove risky cards from their hands (like Scorched Earth, Midseason Replacements, or Biotoic Labor).
