All ya gotta do is play and protect the board with Mother Goddess. Because as long as The Board is in play the runner has no agenda points.
Spend your turns playing two agendas; the runner might score one but they can't score the other and you can the next turn.

I'd consider removing 1x The Board and adding some Tech Startup. Itsl reduces the likelyhood of the runner snatching TB early, and most importantly frees up 5 influence. That could go towards perhaps Ash 2X3ZB9CY to help protect TB, really make use of that econ you are packing, or even Shipment From Mirrormorph, which allows you to install 2x Agenda + Asset / Upgrade. |
