Admittedly this is almost entirely a theorycrafted deck using a lot of spoiled (yet untested) Order and Chaos cards, but I have played a fair bit of Prepaid Anarch in my day and it seems clear that the Utensils and Day Job really love them some PPV.
This is quite obviously an All In Keyhole deck, but I'm hoping that Eater/Account Siphon and Eater/Wanton Destruction can help keep the ICE on R&D manageable for destruction. Forged Activation Orders is meant to combat the primary weakness of the utensils... unrezzed ICE... and can also serve as secondary ICE detruction after a siphon.
It's possible this deck will be too poor without Lucky Find, and if so you probably have to swap out the FAOs for it... but hopefully that's not the case as I think it is a particularly strong card here.

No, you are right... swap -3 Same Old Thing for +3 Déjà Vu. It also needs the 3rd Steelskin for draw. |
Hmm you have Inject but no recursion at all? I guess you have 3x Eater but it could take you a long time to get one out without tutor or recursion if you inject one off.
