Scavenge that Cache

As a fun project in a evening I wanted to make a Exile: Streethawk that makes good use of Scavenge.

Well it works better than I thought it would, to start with Scavenging Cache gets good credits and a card, so do this often.

Keep the number of installed programs low to keep Data Folding ticking along.

Inject is just good for getting those important cards into hand while getting the programs into the heap.

Cold Read is a good way to trash programs while making use of them. Now, i'm unsure that this is a legal move but try leaving a credit on Cache to remove during a Cold run to trash instead of a more important program.

Personal Workshop is there to put Monolith onto which Can be used to pull programs out of hand mid run if needed
